The Basics

Name: Name unknown. Uses the alias ‘Administrator.’
Species: The Administrator at first glance appears to be a rather old Human businessman, but in reality is a Shapeshifter who hides their animal characteristics under their suit.
Race: The Administrator is a Fullbringer.
Gender: He is a man.
Date of Birth: Birthdate unknown.
Appearance Age: He appears to be in his late sixties or early seventies.
Actual Age: The Administrator is roughly seventy two years old.
Organization and Rank: The Administrator is a free agent.

Height: Despite his advanced age, the Administrator is rather tall and walks with stiff posture. He is slightly under seven feet in height.
Weight: The Administrator is on the thin side, but his age hasn’t lessened his muscles. His wiry frame weighs two hundred and eleven pounds or ninety six kilograms.
Hair color: The Administrator has black hair that has begun to silver. He wears it short and neatly cut.
Eye color: Few people have seen the Adminstrator’s eyes, as he wears highly tinted glasses. Behind them, however, his eyes are ghostly pale and have clear lids.
General Appearance: On the surface, the Administrator looks like an elderly businessman. He is quite tall for his age, with rather stiff posture. However, other than his age and height, he would blend in with any group of asian businessmen. He wears a dark suit and tie, and carries a briefcase with him at all times. The briefcase is leather in appearance, but is actually made of metal with a leather covering. The briefcase is large enough for a personal computer and folders to fit inside.
However, this is the end of his normalcy. The Administrator wears sunglasses-like goggles that prevent his eyes from being seen. These are meant to enable himself to see better, however; his extremely pale eyes are extremely sensitive to light and he can be blinded even by a burning cigarette. Under the old man’s suit, his body has lean muscles signifying he is quite active despite his years. He also possesses four long slits on his ribs; these are in fact gills. He wears a thin machine that circulates water over his gills allowing him to breathe. He can also breathe through his nose or mouth, but says doing so always makes him feel as if he is not getting enough oxygen. His upper arms, back, shoulders and thighs possess small bioluminescent spots as well, not dissimilar from freckles in size or spacing. His dark suit blocks this light, which is just at the edge of the visible light spectrum anyway.
When in water, the Administrator is able to Shapeshift into his animal form- an enormous idiacanthus atlanticus, the black dragonfish. Whereas the actual male black dragonfish is only five centimeters in length, the Administrator is significantly larger, at a hundred and four centimeters in length, roughly half his height in human form.

The Psyche

Redeeming Qualities: The Administrator
Negative Qualities: All people have parts of their personality that people just do not like. What are these annoying, or sometimes downright evil, traits? Please use at least two negative traits.

Personal Habits: Optional. Does your character have any particular habits, whether on the battle-field or off?

Short-term Goals: Short-term goals can be completed in less than one to five years.
Long-term Goals: These are goals in excess of five years to achieve.
General Personality: Describe the character's personality. Are they kind, aggressive, a compulsive liar? Three to five sentences mininum.
Something Special: Optional. Something special does not fall into any of the above sections. This would be entirely unique, that sets them apart completely. An example would be unique implants that affect their vision or an extremely sensative sense of smell.

The Power

Fullbringer

Fullbring Name: His power is called “Administrator's Privilege”

Item of Affinity: The object of the Administrator’s affinity is his briefcase.
Release Phrase: “Override system, activate Administrator’s Priviledge.”

Fullbring Appearance: The Administrator’s briefcase vanishes, replaced by a pair of black and silver gloves. These gloves are base black with thin lines of silver light glowing on them from the palm and along the fingers.
Fullbring Ability: The Administrator’s Privilege is divided into three major categories, based on the effect he is using. The Administrator can use the effects separately or in tandem with each other.
The first ability is ‘Control.’ This effect of the Privileges allows him to directly control anything he touches with his gloved fingers. The prerequisite must be met for this effect to occur, but once activated the Administrator can effectively ‘pilot’ whatever he has issued his Control over. Non-living matter moves as he wishes, bending and reconfiguring as if under the effect of Soul Manipulation. Living creatures are compelled to obey his spoke commands, and he can pilot them by moving his hands and fingers. He may issue Control over a single living creature at a time per hand. Each of his fingers represents a limb on his Controlled subject: the index finger controls the right leg; the center finger the left leg; the ring finger the right arm; the little finger the left arm; the thumb controls the head.
The second effect is ‘Alternate.’ Alternate allows the Administrator to use energy in the touched object. If a subject has been touched by the Administrator’s hands, he can redirect the energy within it. On machines, the Administrator basically takes full control of the system, supplying electricity or power wherever he pleases. However, on a living creature with Spiritual Energy, he can forcibly activate their powers, or deactivate them. The Administrator can apply the effects of Alternate to one subject at a time per hand.
The final effect of his Privileges is ‘Delete.’ Delete can only be activated by applying both hands to the same instance. Any instance touched with both hands simultaneously is broken down into its base components; while this might render a truck into a mass of metal and rubber, it wreaks havoc on living creatures. Delete can dispel energy attacks by dispersing the Spiritual Energy from a condensed form such as Kido into pure Reishi.

Second level Fullbring Appearance: In its second form, The Administrator takes on a therianthrope form, resembling a bipedal black dragonfish. In this form, his gloves meld with his body and the light of the gloves appear throughout his form.
Second level Fullbring Ability: This form drastically upgrades his Privileges. The Administrator can activate any of his main abilities from contact with any part of his body in this form. He also gains access to ‘Function.’ This new Privilege allows him to physically alter non-living matter by adjusting its properties. Function allows him to change a multitude of variables, such as hardness, temperature, density, viscosity, friction, velocity and more. Using Function allows the Administrator to turn a lump of coal into diamonds, or transmute emeralds into aquamarine.
