I've been thinking about the Fullbringer arc and something occurred to me. How did Kugo know about Ichigo?

We moderators were discussing this this week. We came to the conclusion that Ichigo kinda just lets his power overflow all the time, so they probably just sensed him.

Well, Kugo was friends with Chad and Orihime, right?

I have to agree, Kugo did become friends with Chad and Orihime, since they too are Fullbringers. He probably heard of Ichigo from them.
